Contact the Maggiore Rent office closest to the scene. That office will provide all necessary assistance, even if the Rental Agreement was made through a different office.

Where possible, the replacement will be a vehicle in the same class. A replacement vehicle is only provided to the person in whose name the Rental Agreement was made if they still hold a valid driving license (a replacement vehicle is not delivered to the scene of an incident).
