Replacement Vehicle - When

Maggiore Rent offers its customers a free replacement vehicle service in the following cases:

• Breakdown

• Accident

• Partial or total theft

• In all cases in which the vehicle requires ordinary or special maintenance.

A replacement vehicle is not provided in cases of:

• Wilful misconduct or gross negligence at an incident, by the user

• Events repeated over time

• Non-compliant use of the vehicle.
