With Maggiore, booking is easy, safe and affordable
Booking a trip is simple, but before you leave so many unexpected things can happen, your plans may change or you may simply change your mind. That is why Maggiore allows you cancel a vehicle booking free of charge, with full refund of the amount you pay.
How does it work?
Cancellations and refunds can be made in two different ways, depending on how you pay:
- For online reservations with advance payment, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the starting date of the rental and get full refund of what you pay. If you cancel 48 hours before the rental starts, an amount equal to 2 days of the rental rate or a commission which varies according to the country where you make the rental, will be deducted from the amount paid. Please read our Booking Terms for more information.
- For bookings where payment made at an agency (when you pick up the car), you can cancel at any time, at no extra cost. You will not however be entitled to a refund and a penalty may be applied, if you do not pick up the car.
