You can make your payment online with prepaid cards and electron.
ATTENTION:
a) To rent a car you need to have a driving licence for at least 12 months, and it must be currently valid.
b) When you pick up your rental vehicle, you are required to provide a traditional credit card as a guarantee (two payment cards for car group L) and this must be recognizable with raised numbers. The cardholder must be the person picking up the vehicle and the credit card must be issued by American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Diners (prepaid and electron cards cannot be accepted).
c) If the client is an Italian public institution, an authorisation by the institution in question must be presented to the agency when opening the rental agreement, specifying:
- the individual person signing the rental agreement;
- the institution to be invoiced and the relative IPA and CIG codes;
- the Electronic Invoicing option;
- the VAT split payment option.
The VAT split payment option is not available for rentals paid in advance.
d) We only accept cash payments for some car groups (A, B, C). A deposit amount will be required for these ones as follows:
- Total cost of the rental (including the extra costs for accessories/extra services) increased by 30%, plus the equivalent amount of 110.00 USD to cover a full fuel tank (if not purchased by the customer) increased as well by 30%, less the value already prepaid
- If the customer decides to purchase Full Up Front option, the deposit amount will be equal to the total rental cost (including the extra costs for accessories / extra services) increased by 30%, plus the value of a full fuel tank (Fuel Up Front), less the prepaid value from the customer.
